Executive Suite T

Suite T is located at the rear of the complex and although this corporate housing setting enjoys a more private, secluded ambiance it is also the most creative use of bi-level living within Grape Street Gardens Executive Suites. The step-up personal front deck, which opens to the same level entry and entertainment space, creates an illusion of a 'sunken' bedroom, bath and kitchen, actually located at ground level. Bennett's passion for natural light, as a paramount design function, is once again evident in the upper level west wall with floor to ceiling windows.

The sophisticated design of this Suite T beckoned a more cultured atmosphere and has been tastefully decorated with beautiful antique furnishings and European style art. The color pallet of this corporate suite offers the soothing effects of a blooming lavender garden.

The fully equipped kitchenette gathers the morning sun and offers outside access to a ivy lined walkway which conveniently leads to our off street parking area or a communal covered patio.

In addition to the personal front deck, Suite T is adjacent to a shared cement, canopy covered patio area, that is protected by an intricate ivy covered, hand stacked block wall and partially surrounding flower bed. The current remodel process of Suite N includes dividing the patio between the two suites to provide private outdoor areas for both temporary housing locations.
